They came out and tested my elderly mom's air conditioner that another company told her needed to be replaced. it was perfectly fine. Installed a humidifier and a gas line for us. We had some condensation on the water line when I got home from work. Ian came back out after hours and checked it out and made sure it was working properly. 100% recommend Ian and his team. They are the absolute best. Very professional!

Pride has replaced my A/C and one year later furnace on a 25 year old build. They have quick response and are easy to communicate with.
They had to build a new pad for the A/C, and after 3 years of Kansas weather, is holding up like it was built yesterday.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about Pride Mechanical. We have been using them for years now for maintenance and also to install a new furnace/AC system. After using Pride Mechanical for a routine furnace check up a few years ago, I knew that I could trust these guys. Didn't try to sell me anything, and said that I'd get a few more years out of it. They were right! This year, I decided to proactively replace my 25 year old HVAC with a new system. Patrick, the owner, answered all my questions and explained the entire process. With his assistant Andrew, they performed the entire installation flawlessly. No mess and everything was finished beautifully. I chose Pride Mechanical for their high ratings and I wasn't disappointed! They provided the best service I have ever experienced from a service company. They are a Trane service provider and Patrick spent over double the allocated call time rewiring, reconfiguring and cleaning my furnace, heat pump system. It looks like during the original install the two stage furnace was not set up to operate in that configuration and the humidifier was not working properly when the heat pump was on.
