Services
Special orders require the customer to draw out the end product with dimensions and specifications. Typical turn around is three days depending on size of order. Specials are paid for in advance for cash accounts and are not returnable. Customers must verify that all dimensions and specifications are correct.

They have what you need most of the time. B-vent for furnaces water heaters in just about all sizes. They use Dura-Vent. It's faster if you call your order in. If you know what you need and the terminology will help a great deal. I’ve seen a huge improvement with there customer service and they seem to be friendlier and more helpful. They for sure know there stuff. Parking is a challenge at times. Wish they carried 7” female adapters in Duravent. Besides that they are stocked really well. Keep up the improvements that I have noticed.

I had an excellent experience dealing with WSM! I am not an HVAC contractor but needed to put in 2 systems for myself. Chris Thomas worked through with me what I wanted, interpret what I needed, and change the order a dozen times!! Every one of the 150+ parts was pulled and waiting for me when I arrived, even some special order parts they had to make! The counter staff was helpful and kind. And this was even on a Saturday! I would recommend WSM for all your duct work!! THANK YOU CHRIS!!
