I have used this company for years. They have always been fair and upfront. I recommended them to a friend for full AC and furnace replacement and they did a great job for them as well.

I would stay clear of this company. I am a contractor and have been in business for over 20 years. The house I'm redoing he installed a furnace in and was installed very poorly. Plus he fell through ceiling and did not fix, plus he drilled four 3 inch holes in ceiling in lvrm and found out he hit a stud and didn't fix them. He put cold air return in bedroom and mounted the thermostat right below it. Than the cooling line going to outside unit he put out where gutters mount . Than when the lady told him he sent his guy out which I bent and put it in the wall , his guy cut line and put a 90% in it

Michael the owner appears to not only be a very moral and professional man, but truly cares about taking care of the customer. I admire that he not only has a great team that jumps in and gets the job done, but he also uses proceeds to take care of the homeless & those less advantaged than most in the inner city of KC. This is not something he typically shares, but for someone to not only dedicate personal time, but treasure to those in need tells me a lot about how he handles his business. I called Res-Q Services first thing this morning and talked to Shauna because I had no heat and within a 2 hour period, Michael had come to the house checked everything and found the problem plus ordered the part to come back this afternoon to install it. Michael and Shauna were both very courteous and a pleasure to work with. Thank you RES-Q SERVICES!

5 stars! Our ac went out and they sent someone to our house in the middle of the night to check it out. They were back out the following morning to replace our unit. Fast service, fair price!

Called Res-Q to address furnace issues. Someone came out that day. Ended up installing a new system. The price was very competitive(I did my research) and the service was top notch! I will definitely use Res-Q in the future and recommend to friends/family.

My parents furnace quit working over the weekend. You all got it fixed on a Saturday!! A honest and great company!! Needed our home ac unit fixed on 8-6-19. Called at 836 pm and within 2 hours a service man was here got the ac working again! Thank you all!

This company is awesome. We had an issue with our a/c and had a service come out and look at our unit. They told us in about 10 minutes that we needed a new compressor. That ours was bad. We had previously contacted Res-Q Services and Mike called us to see what our issue was. We told him a company came out and told us we needed a new compressor. He said he was in the area and would stop by and take a look. He found a wire had burned in to causing our issue. He said he would be out to fix it as soon as he got the parts he needed. Had a 15-year old AC unit that went out overnight Monday into Tuesday. I contacted a half dozen other companies who told me they wouldn’t be able to make it out until Thursday or Friday. Called Res-Q around 6 pm on Tuesday. Michael made it to our house just after 7 pm, got the old unit running temporarily, then Josh got the new unit installed less than 24 hours later. Amazing service from everyone involved with the project.

We've been there customers for years we had an issue with our water heater they when they came out they sent someone very inexperienced he spent the whole time on the phone with the owner of the company didn't tell us what was wrong just said that it was gonna be over $500 to fix a valve nothing was explained when I called the owner to explained we were disappointed with the inexperience of the service man the owner told us I was irrational I'm very disappointed again we had been there customers for years and only used them this was terrible customer service.
