I was working with one of Brian’s customers and saw every interaction he had with her and they were down right unprofessional, aggressive and rude. He had no concern for her property and when she asked him for any explanation on anything he was nasty with her. HE STILL HAS SOME OF HER PROPERTY! Can’t find any address for the ‘business’ or anything so she can get police involved to help with the matter. This man is a scam and liar and a thief.

This owner brian, and his two helpers are not a moving company they're a truck who picks things up and drops them off if you're lucky. the sky is aggressive and he actually scared me he left half of my furniture in another town where I came from because he ran out of room in the truck he had which means he not officially know what he's doing if you… don't bring a big enough truck when you know how many rooms are involved. he left me stranded with furniture at the old house and didn't bring it to the new one I had to end up hiring someone else to bring what was his job to bring to my new

I just recently had Need A Truck help me move some pretty heavy items from and to an upstairs location (Not an easy feat!) and they were amazing! very friendly and professional and even helped me move extra items that i had not mentioned. I used this mover twice. First time my bed frame was bent out of shape. The owner said he would come and attempt to fix it, he never did.
The young men doing the moving were hard workers, so I gave them a second chance. Well, this time the frame of my washing machine was bent out of shape. Instead of owning up to what happened and making "good" for it, the blame was put on me by the owner.ø
Communication between the owner and his office is severely lacking, with mis information related more than once.
I don't like leaving negative reviews and believe in second chances. However

Brian Fusch gives a very fair and competitive price for the best possible service. Besides being amiable, Brian can rely on his staff to pack and move boxes and furniture with the utmost of care.
I have had to call on Brian more than one time and since I have a lot of glass, it was important that it be packed carefully. I told Brian later that… when I unpacked, not one piece of glass was broken. Amazing! It was more than I expected and I certainly could not have done that myself.

These guys are great! They are punctual, hard working, professional and an excellent value. You will not be disappointed.
I needed a short move from an upstairs condo in St. Augustine to Fleming Island. Booking the date was easy, which was done online. We provided a lot of detail in what was being moved and number of boxes. I had boxed and taped everything prior to their arrival and bubble wrapped some of the furniture. They arrived on time and were very careful with the furniture. They are skilled at parking the truck in tight locations and came prepared with necessary tools and coverings.

Awesome! I hired this company twice to move my personal belongings. The first time was after the hurricane while our house was being remodel, the second time was moving us into our new home. Staff were on time extremely courteous and professional through the whole process. Made something like moving not as bad as it sounds. Highly recommended.

Need movers you can count on look no further. Brian has completed 2 moving projects for me and I couldn't be happier. Found the company thru a referral and they didn't disappoint. Moving is stressful, they not only move contents they estimate fairly (no cost overrun surprises) on time and communicate at all steps of the process. They just moved… me from Altanta, GA to Jupiter, FL during a state of emergency --- and they were ridiculously punctual. I'm a seasonal project manager with over 20 years experience it's rare I'm impressed or give 5 stars - no one can show up on time with Atlanta
