What an absolute disaster of an experience with these scam artists. “Israel” I found goes by many different names. They hold your things while they increase the price and demand cash on the spot for whatever price they name. Mine was $762 for 3 hours. They held TV’s and a generator hostage until we paid. After doing research on this company, I… found they go by many different names and are running a scam. Israel claims to be a man of God and likes to talk about himself instead of discussing the move all the while lying through his teeth. I look forward to resolving this

For many years my husband and I would move ourselves because were always apprehensive to use a mover. Well.. We have used this company 4x and can’t say enough about the outstanding service.... These guys hustle while taking great care of your items. They always go above and beyond! We’ve never had a single item broken or any issues. Highly recommend!!

I called and asked if it were possible to schedule movers for noon. They told me between 12-1 the movers would be there. Then two days before our move they said the window of time was now 1-4 and of course didn’t show up until almost 4. By then we had moved most of the house ourselves and were exhausted. As you know, you just want to get moving day done. Three guys showed up, moved super slow, were on their phones or standing in the truck a lot. Sooo unprofessional and will not be hiring them again.

Let me tell you a story of a stand up guy and a stand up business.
I recently sold an item from my house that was too large for a simple swip swap meet up and the buyer and I decided to use the guys at Helping Hands of Saint Augustine to do the move.
This morning my buyer sent me the money on a paypal hold which would be lifted once she received the item. Well she never would receive the item, as fate would have it there was an accident during the removal and the item was damaged beyond a simple repair.
Right from the start Sam was honest about what happened

Adam and Zach were on time professional and quick. They moved a large entertainment cabinet as well as lots of unpacked garage pieces. This was my final move combing 2 households into one. It was a last minute decision to use movers for these items. I called on Saturday and had movers Monday morning. They were quick, friendly, and professional. I could not have asked for anything more. Thanks again!!

Amazing experience moving with these guys! They were fun, respectful and aimed to please! The easiest most efficient move I have ever had. They were available on short notice and even tried hard to get a… desk into a space that we were pretty sure wouldn't fit, but they tried anyway. The best part was that NOTHING was damaged. Thank you so much and we will recommend and use Helping Hands over and over!
