Colby Walter is the President of Keystone Construction and Development, Inc. He graduated from Brigham Young University in 1998 with a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management. From a young age, he learned about the home building and real estate industries by working with his father in the Salt Lake City area.

Great company to work with. Colby is patient and great to answer questions, meet after hours to work with our schedule and was so patient in looking at several properties with us and giving us an idea on what remodels might cost. He is an excellent contractor and realtor. I wouldn't use anyone else in Twin Falls.

I have used Keystone for commercial and residential remodeling projects. My neighbors have noticed the efficiency and quality workmanship, and have asked about my experience, so I decided to share it here.
