My basement was flooded and the answering service answered, but the on call did not answer nor call me back. After talking to John, it was technology malfunction and he was very apologetic and generous. He seems like a good man and it was a mistake that doesn’t happen.

Everyone that I worked with was super nice and you can tell they take great pride in their work. They not only fixed my home but explained what went wrong and what I should do on my end to prevent further damage. As a first time homeowner I was scared of not being able to find a company that could do great work for a fair price but now that my house is repaired I can say with absolute certainty that I couldn't have picked a better business to work with. We had a wonderful experience with MV Restoration! They were great from the beginning of our project until the end! Chance was very professional and responsive....Chance and Dan were real problem solvers and trouble shooters...every time we ran into an issue they were able to solve it in a timely manner. They always went above and beyond even on the weekends!!! I have really enjoyed working with them and would give them 5 stars! The owner John responded very quickly to my call, getting me on the schedule to come inspect and get me a quote. Now days with many companies telling you that they can get you in a month or more. They are very reasonable priced and a leader in the industry. This company got to my house within a day and the following day they were scheduled to come out and take care of it. They were quick, professional and very thorough. I highly recommend this company and will use them in the future.

Our family of 7 woke up at 4 am to a major flood in our master bath which led to destroying half our house... so much water everywhere! We called Magic Valley and the owner, John could not have been more helpful! He was at our house before 7 am on a Saturday morning doing the work before his crew even got there. John and crew were so helpful, kind, professional, efficient and timely. Even during the Covid mess they were working whenever they could and quickly. We had a septic disaster! All 3 of our bathrooms flooded and did damage to the dining room and hallway as well. John and his crew showed up, and immediately went to work cleaning up and tearing down. Efficient, fast, and very friendly. He explained every step of what he was doing and helped me with my insurance claim through Farm Bureau. He was very knowledgeable on what needed to be done.
