After scheduling an appointment with them I was informed that there was a death in the family and they needed to reschedule. I totally understand but I left a message with my condolences and asked for a reschedule appointment. After at least a week and no response I again called about the appointment. Still no response. Very disappointed. Guess I need to go elsewhere. FYI, I've owned several businesses over my nearly 6 decades of life and I never neglected to contact my current or prospective customers. This is incredible to me. Calling BS.
