Discount Septic came as a referral from the very reliable Jordan Mechanical whom I trust explicitly with my home. With such high recommendation I hoped Discount could squeeze me in on short notice same day service. Upon calling Discount their day was full and were unsure if they could squeeze me in and referred me to another vendor.. I called that vendor but no one answered. I tried another recommended service but had to leave a message later to find out their one truck was in the shop, so I after an hour wait for return calls, called back Discount and they said they'd try but could not be sure

I called them as soon as they opened with what I thought was a septic emergency. The lady that answered the phone was extremely friendly. They fit me in that day and was here earlier than I expected. Once the guys were here they were super friendly and very professional. They did an excellent job and i highly recommend them.
