Plan ahead and call you local AOSE for the soil work and permitting and plans needed of you have not yet got an engineered and approved plan. Over 6000+ Hours excavator experience, with goals to become a septic system installer Foutz will work for you to pump you out, conduct an inspection and fix your septic issue as needed.
We provide service agreements, inspections & we file reports with your county health department. We then reach out to arrange a yearly routine inspection of your AOSS septic systems and provide the report and file it with your county. This helps the home owner AOSS system's meet the state laws and regulations requiring yearly inspection.

My husband was searching for installers of alternative onsite septic systems(engineered systems). He contacted Ian Waugh at Virginia Septic Service and Mr Waugh researched the licensed installers in our area, which was two hundred miles away from his business, and called us back with his findings. He did this even though there was no possible way he could benefit from the job. He is just a very helpful, knowledgeable individual.

Iain did a great job inspecting our system as well as taking care of some repairs we needed. He is knowledgeable and personable and tried to keep the expenses minimal as well as teaching us how to monitor our system ourselves and to troubleshoot. The only downside is that he is extremely busy, but I guess that's what happens when the demand is high and you do good job. Highly recommend.

Iain Waugh is great to work with. He has inspected our system, helped us with issues, and replaced our electric panel. I joked with him that he is almost like a doctor -- always on call. But, he seems like he is always available if we have a problem (Sunday evenings even!). Also, he typically tries to troubleshoot over the phone for no charge before coming to the house. His prices are reasonable and he always looks for ways to cut costs if possible. Highly recommend.
