I have now dealt with Nazaire, the founder/owner of PRC Roofing, at least 4 times now over the last 6 years. Being a Windermere real estate broker myself I deal with countless contractors and builders. Nazaire is a standout for his integrity and professionalism. He is definitely a top referral when clients ask about roof work. Do yourself a favor and consider him and his crew for your next big roof job.

I just had an excellent experience with PRC Roofing. I had multiple fascia pieces that were rotting at the ends and needed replacing, along with some architectural beams that I wanted capped with metal. Nazaire was the only contractor out of three that noticed these issues on his own and offered a long-term solution. While I'm convinced that the other two would also provide a leak-free roof for 10+ years, clearly neither cared as much about the look or the integrity of the structure.

I had absolutely no issues with PRC Roofing. I got quotes from 9 roofers for our roofing project. One roofer estimated 20k while PRC and others came in around 11-13k so that right there spoke to me if their integrity. Second they responded to me within 24 hours. Which 4 others failed at...a tenth never even replied.
Thirdly, only three roofers actually came to my house to do an accurate internal and external evaluation. This was a huge factor in us choosing to work with them.
The reason is because we met them and liked his vibe, he was knowledgeable, he was the only one who changed out our sky

We received bids from 4 different contractors for a fairly large residential project (2 separate buildings, 100% plywood replace on 1 of them, 8 skylights). PRC's bid came in several thousand $ lower than the competition and Nazaire (the owner) also did a far more thorough evaluation and scoping out the work needed, including identifying a very loose gable and finding the source of a skylight leak, both of which went unnoticed by the other 3 contractors. Nazaire was really helpful as we navigated the choice of materials and so on. We knew very little about roofs going into the project, and

I initially got bids from three vendors but PRC was by far the most competitive. The difference in price ran as much as $6000. While I initially had some reservation about going with the cheapest, after Nazaire explained their process, I felt assured.

We are really happy with or experience with PRC Roofing. We had a lot of work done to our house last summer and saw a lot of contractors - and this is the company that stands out beyond the rest and deserves an outstanding review. It turned out that they were over scheduled as a job went longer than expected, so the owner himself came out and did all of the prep work without his crew, including setting and replacing vents and flashing, just so that they would honor all their time commitments. When his crew arrived, they worked quickly, efficiently and were polite and respectful throughout. From

Nazaire Papillon and crew re-roofed my house. Excellent experience from start to finish. I got 4 bids before selecting PRC. PRC's bid beat the others by at least $2K. I live in Redmond, WA and it was no problem for PRC to give me a timely estimate and timely install. PRC told me they do a look of work in the Everett area also.
