Edwin and his fabulous team were amazing to work with. We got four bids and his was the best price for the upgraded quality we received. They showed up ready to work on the hottest day of the year to tackle the task of removing our 24 year old cedar shake roof. They finished on time and cleaned up everything nicely. We obtained 9 bids to replace our 25 year old very steep, cedar shake roof. Edwin showed us many different options and discussed in detail the pros and cons of each roofing material. Phoned for a flat roof leak quote, Mr. Edwin kept scheduled appointment. I liked how he took initiative to evaluate situation without me being immediately present. He evaluated, quickly applied a temporary fix and advised me to keep an eye on leak area and to contact him if that was sufficient or to contact him if I needed further attention to the faulty area .

These guys told me they were coming out to take a look at my roof and never showed. No phone call or anything. I called the guy who told me he was coming, he didn't answer and never returned my call so I called their office. They told me someone would get back to me but never did. I guess if this is the type of business they're running they probably did me a favor by not showing up.

Roof Pros NW replaced our roof so we could get a solar installation in place. They identified some areas where older wood needed to be replaced and finished the job very quickly. The roof looks great. They did a great job of cleanup afterwards - outside of the beautiful new roof, there was no evidence they had been by.
While they were here, I asked if they could install a Solatube for us. They were quite willing to work that into their schedule.
Roof Pros have been very easy to work with, and I never had a surprise or cause for concern with their work.

I’m very happy with the results of our new roof and gutters. Our roofing job was not your typical re-roof. We had exposed rafter tails and integrated gutters which had been incorrectly installed and had been not working correctly for many years. The result of this was a lot of rot and wood damage. Edwin (the company owner) and his crew did a great job replacing all the rotten wood and putting a new roof on. They replaced over 50 sheets of plywood, repaired support rafters, cut approximately 100 rafter tails and added new fascia and external gutters. They did all of this in 90 degree weather to

We were impressed with the professionalism of Roof Pros from the very beginning. We got 7 different quotes and their pricing was very competitive. We appreciated Edwin providing us with all the details to help us make our decisions too - first whether or not to choose Roof Pros, and second to choose materials as there are many more options than we anticipated! We also worked through him to replace our gutters, and at the same time we were working with another company for external paint. Edwin was very helpful in working around our painter's needs too. As a former roofer I was pleasantly surprised by the craftsmanship by the work crew - Edwin gave me a fair deal and the roof looks better than I expected given I did not do the top dollar shingle system. These guys are certified by GAF so their warranty is always going to be better than a large percentage of other roofers out there giving the same quote. Truthfully it was the warranty that put me over the top with these guys.

Edwin got me in his schedule when the house I was buying needed a new roof to close. Edwin let me pick logical upgrades like CDX and heavier gauge flashing. Awesome job. Not only did he get the job done ahead of schedule, he was the high-value contractor. I got three other bids, all coming in around 15k. Edwin came in a little higher but I feel in the end I got what I paid for. He replaced rotten board ends, re-engineered my gutters, and dealt with my demanding-perfectionist personality.
