I have used Chem Dry for years, in Florida and in Nevada.
As usual, did a great job for area carpets in my home. Courteous employee (Mike) who left no evidence of having been there.
Just be careful when you call and give as much detail as possible to the office person.
Ask questions. I was quoted an exorbitant price for the job, more than I ever payed for a whole house of wall-to-wall carpets.So I pushed back with that comment, and then was quoted the correct much, much lower price for area rugs to be cleaned in my house (not taken away, which is an option some customers choose).

I had a disaster yesterday because of my dog got sick and the carpet was soiled in many spots. John came out within 12 hours ,exactly when I requested and did a absolutely perfect carpet cleaning and disinfection. I cannot praise them enough. I called the company to thank them and found they are capable of cleaning and polishing all stone surfaces and do water extraction.
I have never used Yelp before, but feel compelled to share my amazing experience.

I specifically called about cat urine removal on a rug. Over the phone I was quoted a total of $70 with a 15% discount to transport the rug and remove the cat urine. I asked if it was guaranteed that the urine smell would be removed for the $70 and she said yes.
When the carpet guy came to the house, he gave me a quote of $90 for transporting and cleaning the rug PLUS an additional $70 to remove the cat urine.
He said that he would rather not clean it because he could not guarantee the cat urine smell would be removed.

John came by yesterday and cleaned our four year old pug-stained carpets. It would take a miracle to get everything perfect and he came as close as humanly possible. He was also very considerate of the critters even though those jerks are the reason he had to work so hard. We will certainly be calling this company again!
