Terrible. Painted my deck the wrong color, the concrete deck bubbled, then they got deck paint on my house walls! The owner Mike threatened me with lawyers if I left a bad review, screamed the eff word at me, then hung up on me. Run. Check out my photos to see the check mark of what color should’ve been painted and the circled area showing the actual color and paint on my house walls.

Michael and Gina worked with us to design a perfect layout for our small pool to emphasize our beautiful sunset view over the lake. The waterfall and spa jets are all controlled by Pentair equipment on an App on my phone - which is perfect for those times when we want to stay in our heated pool and turn on the waterfall. As an artist, I appreciated working with Gina, a superb designer, as she integrated the features we need in our small and constrained space. Both Michael and Gina were attentive to our requests for information along with Josh who handles the technology with well designed and engineered

I just want everyone to know this guy Mike is very rude especially if you disagree with him. I have called him and his wife over and over again. I have been waiting for at least three months for him to check out the pool it has a leak and tells me I'm out of warranty now and he won't fix it. I'm warning everyone especially women do not call them you won't get a return call back unless you want to have a pool put in .please please don't.

Back bay pools is hands down the best pool company in lee county ! I am a general contractor and have went through several pool companies in the last 20 years . they all promise me that they will be on schedule and budget , but never deliver . that all stopped 5 years ago when i met mike. They havedone over 30 new pools for me and every one ofthem were beautiful and on time . if there is a problem they don't sweep under the rug they contact me immediately and address the issue . i would recommend them to myclosest friends and family .
