Very clean and secure units! Keypad entry activates electronic gate for easy no assistance required entry and exit. Jeremy is awesome and made the rental process extremely easy and best of all it was done 100% online and over the phone which was greatly appreciated during COVID. Rates are very reasonable in comparison to others in the area. Highly recommended!

I just completed an 8 month rental here and was extremely satisfied. Not only was the location very convenient, but the facility was always very and and well managed. The online reservation was easy, as was the ability to make online payments. We never had issues with water, as I read that someone else had claimed. The only times I had to call were at the beginning and end of my rental, and both times Brian and Jeremy were easy to get ahold of and talk to. The only drawback to the facility is the small section of Irish Rd that you have to drive on before entering. It’s a dirt road that’s not

My family and I had to move to Michigan quite suddenly from Califonia, and in the process, became victims of a scam moving company, who eventually dumped our stuff here. Brian and Jeremy could not have been more helpful in aiding us in an incredibly stressful situation. Once they understood what was going on, they drove right over and worked a plan out with us within 30 minutes. The online system is easy and convenient, the facilites are well maintained, and Brian was always available via phone. We could not have possibly gotten luckier with the courtesy and kindness they showed.

My husband and I have a fifth wheel stored at Dundee Storage. We have had it there for 1 1/2 years. It’s a very clean facility and easy to pay for online. We have had no problems since we have been there. Owners are very nice and friendly people. They have been fantastic to work with. Our space is always there for us when we get back from our vacations. Very pleased to be there.

It looks nice but there is never anyone there and you have to make a call and waste for someone to help. Yes the website makes rental easier but it would be better f someone was there. The owners work full time jobs as plumbers and are usually not available till after 4ish. The new building leaks when it rains. Our locker got wet so we got out fast. I have definitely been to better storage units.

My family and I use the indoor storage and had an incredible experience. This location was perfect for us in between our home and our lake house off of US-23. Our pick up and drop off experience has been awesome. Anytime we need anything these guys have been more than helpful. I strongly recommend this site for anyone interested.
