I have called and let them know I am moved out of my unit now 2 times and I am still being charged. No answer but voicemail left both times. When I came up there when I was moving my stuff up the guy inside told me to call to cancel, leave my unit door open, and said i would be done. now i’m paying 120 a month on something I am not using. You would think you would want the college students on your side out here as a lot of us get units at the end of the year making it easier for us to move back in. Will not be back with you guys. would rather pay more monthly for a company that abides by customers

Top lock met all my storage needs and then some. I had been searching in the area (even out to Madison Heights -yuck) but all I could find were mildew infested places to store my crates of stinky rubber masks for my Halloween business. I was reeling. But then my friend Bimbs told me about Top lock. The facilities are clean, high tech, and the management team really gels with all your requests and concerns. Basically the Jon Snow of storage. I highly recommend Top lock.
