Matt was the only one who could come over to inspect the problem in a short notice. Matt showed up on time and he was very helpful. Since it was short notice, he did not have enough bait stations but he did come back to put more. He also covered all holes around our house to make sure rodents don't enter.
He has made multiple stops to make sure there are no rodents around the house. He also sprayed the house inside and out for ants in his first visit and that completely solved our ant issue after 2-3 days as he predicted. I highly recommend Matt. We signed up for their plans and we will be their customers for a long time to make sure we don't run into issues anymore.

Matt is a great person and a man of his word. Prices were fair for how many times he came back to property (3 or 4). I paid to have my mother use his services also as he was very efficient and solved the problems at hand in an hour or two. He has extensive knowledge of pests (rodents in my case) and patiently explained the entire process. Prices are not the cheapest but would you rather save a little money and have rats return in 6 months? Pay Matt as I did and he will ensure the traps are empty for weeks after he leaves. Other companies do no such thing. Thanks Matt for a job well done.

TLDR: Easy to work with and responds promptly to messages.
TIP: if you have narrow space on the sides of your home, ask your neighbors in advance if it will be alright for OMNI Pests to access their yards to get a better angle for safe ladder access if your home is two stories. I didn't realize and texted my neighbors the day of. It shouldn't be a problem but it's a kind thing to do in case.

Lies about that amount of money able be made, doesn’t carry any insurance and asks employees to work in dangerous environments with the property safety gear and insurance. Improperly stores and transports chems out of the home apartment building his office is out of. Cuts corner on the job and In the work place. Avoid employment or services At all cost.

Matt and his crew were great to work with. We just bought our first home and the recurring feedback from our inspector and various other folk who've been down in our crawlspace was "that's the nastiest crawlspace I've ever been in".
