Highly recommend! The front desk lady is super professional. Appointment can be made quickly and with text confirmation. Technician is on time and efficient! The quote is very reasonable. Horrible Service. I ordered a replacement door in late February and paid a 50% deposit. I was told it would be 16-18 weeks.
I contacted them in July (i.e., 18 weeks after the order) and was told they would install the door the week of August 8th. I never heard anything back, and had to repeatedly call and email. Eventually I called the front office a couple of weeks ago and explained it's been 6 months! I had to call again today, and still don't have an answer.
I'm close to cancelling and going with another door company, but either way, I'll never do business with Door

I was able to schedule a free estimate a couple days after I called. The person showed up on time and was very professional. He asked me what I wanted to replace and gave me some options. 30 mins after he left I received a quote with multiple options that were less expensive than the style I was looking at. They also provided before and after photos of the garage door with the different options so I could see what the different garage doors would actually look like. I chose the option I wanted. They were able to install within 4 weeks when all other companies were 8-12 weeks out. They got it all

Very professional from start to finish, I would definitely recommend, especially if you have an odd installation like mine.
I have an old detached garage that was converted to a potting shed, that I wanted back as a garage. It was especially tricky, as the garage floor was on a slope, and the original opening had been enclosed, so it would would need to be roughed in. There were also a couple beams in the area where the opener would be installed that might be in the way.

They were formally Raynor door and they still answer the phone as Raynor. They installed a new garage door opener for us 2.5 years ago, and the garage door came off the track a week later and they had to come back out to correct the faulty installation. Our two garage doors had never come off the track in the prior 20 years in our house. Then it came off the track again last week. The tech, who showed up two hours late, told me it was not installed correctly 2.5 years ago. I called to schedule an estimate for two new garage doors and didn't have a problem getting an appointment for later that week. When Bob arrived I explained that I was looking at the same doors my neighbor has. (I had already received one estimate from a different company and was looking for another.) He politely explained I didn't need anything that expensive. My neighbor has a room over the garage he heats so he needed a different insulation rating. For my purposes, a lower grade insulation would be fine. He suggested a door that was still high quality, but fit my needs.

I had a spring break on my garage door that almost took out my car. A friend tried to fix it, but couldn't. He told me to call this company, and I expected to have my car trapped all weekend. I called at lunchtime on a Friday, and they were there before 3. In total it was about $150. Wish all companies worked like this.
