Based in Conway, S.C., locally owned Myrtle Beach home builder Creekside Homes built its first home in Creekside Cottages on the Grand Strand in 2004 and has built thriving custom neighborhoods since then from Loris to Georgetown, S.C. The workmanship is excellent. The upgrades were installed correctly and met all our expectations. The walkthrough was very detailed and all minor discrepancies were either fixed on the spot or taken care of before we closed. The realtor for the builder was very helpful all along the process sending us pictures of the progress of the build. Despite the delays caused by the pandemic supply issues, Creekside kept the delays down to a minimum with weather being the biggest factor.
I highly recommend creekside to anyone looking to build a reasonably priced home that comes with a lot of upgrades standard

My husband and I are very reasonable people, comparing our home to other national builder's homes we have bought in the last 15 years, 5 in 15 years, this one is a great floor plan and a home we will live in for many years. Our favorite! Our house is going on 1 year next month, and we love it more each day. I would never complain about a nail pop, common to new construction, but I know it will be handled. Thank you Creekside and staff!

I have got to say Jillian Pursley was the best realtor we have ever worked with, she was never pushy like most realtors ,always answered our questions even if it was at 9 o’clock at night and never once did she make us feel like we were bothering her, she treated us like family!!! Jillian went above and beyond helping us get into our home when we hit a snag !!! She made it happen!!!!! Our home is exactly what we asked for and the Creekside team did an amazing job!! I would definitely recommend working with Jillian and the creekside team ,you definitely won’t be disappointed!!

I was interested in a home and contacted Jillian Pursley. I would say I got the minimum amount of response she could possibly give. I know the market is very hot, so I guess the thought is "why work for the business?" I guess I am going to take the same attitude. As hot as the job market is, it will cool down eventually and then I'll buy... but probably not from this agent.

Very poor communication, failed to contact the lender to let them know the home was finished. Then went out of town and forced the closing to be held up an additional 5 days. Then on the day of signing, we signed early in the morning to ensure it would record and we could get our keys...the seller waited until after 2 pm to sign knowing it can take three to four hours and that nothing records after 4pm. Horrible customer service, there are too many other builders in this area to use these folks!

They did a wonderful job, and followed up with us if we had any questions or concerns. if you are looking for a reputable builder who builds high quality homes, then Creekside homes should be considered.

The home is nice, not the best frame work or trim work. A couple big bows in the frame work. Lots of caulking on trim. Energy efficient. Jeff said during the walkthrough the he’d told his guys to take care of the sand deposited by the driveway. Said his guys would take care of the meter boxes and four by four posts behind the house. Of course none of this happened. Called them up after we took ownership. Oh, you put the power in your name so the meters and 4 by 4’s aren’t our problem. The sand isn’t on your property so not our problem. I’m going to use this one year warranty well. They
