It was difficult to find an appliance repair business before finding Expert Services. I read the reviews and decided to give them a call. We were able to make an appointment for the next day. David, the technician, was very personable and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and the parts were ordered. The parts supplier was late in sending the parts, which caused a two day delay in getting the washer up and running, but David had the parts installed in 15 minutes.
We highly recommend Expert Services and would use them again.

WE was charge $258.53 for 15 minutes to put a ignitor on a 3year old gas stove. David was nice but couldn't really explain how they charge so much for a part that is so much marked up. He gave a labor rate of 200.00 a hour. whoever heard of this. I will NOT BE USING THIS COMPANY again.

I was very Disappointed to find out I was charged over $500 FOR A $20 PART. Technician first came in for exam charged me $100 to just come out and look for 3 minutes. Didn't even tell me what needed replace. Just told me he can fix it. I ended up getting the job done because of urgency for the use of the freezer. After I saw him replace 1 part that took him maybe 5 minutes. Find out it was just a $20 part that needed replaced. I straight up got robbed. Very Disappointed. Make sure yall find out what is being replaced before letting them do any job.

I have used Expert Services numerous times over the past seven years and have never, ever been disappointed. Very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, efficient and reasonably priced. You call them, they answer the phone. They will have a tech assigned and dispatched quickly, and show up when they say they are going to. That’s a big deal in itself. They have well trained technicians and service vehicles stocked with the tools needed to identify the problem and effect the repair. Would not use again. Customer service is terrible.
Gas heat unit stopped working on Friday night-Dec. 4th. Called this company the next day- Dec 5th and and they came out that afternoon. The tech arrived and in about 5 minutes stated the inducer motor was bad and needed to be replaced but recommended replacing the entire unit since it is 20 years old (that was factually correct and I had been considering replacing the unit for sometime). I asked for a price to replace inducer motor and as well as the entire unit. Was told he would call me with a quote on Monday morning 12/7. I said Ok and paid

I called Expert on a holiday Monday and they answered immediately. They were able to set me up with an appointment within a few hours. The service repairman was prompt and gave me a courtesy call before arrival. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and order a part, which arrived much sooner than expected. My washing machine will be like new less than 48 hours after contacting Expert Services. I highly recommend this very reliable, friendly and professional company for your appliance service needs.
