This company has some of the absolute best customer service of anyone I have ever dealt with.
We bought our unit from them five years ago. I thought that was the best customer service ever, but Witt went above and beyond this week to fix our unit when multiple power outages caused the ignition switch thingamabob to fail. I will absolutely recommend Air Heat to anyone who even mentions needing an HVAC company!

I have used Air-Heat 3 times now, 2 times to recharge my system, and finally today I had them replace both of my HVAC systems. Not once did they try to sell me anything until I asked them to. After getting 5 quotes, I worked with the owner of the company and he offered me a great deal to replace both of my systems. The guys showed up on time this morning, and worked nonstop until everything was done. Couldn't be happier with the service I received and confident I made the right choice. Thanks again.

We recently purchased our home and had to replace both AC units, one 5 ton unit and one 4 ton unit. We identified the issue after hours and Weston came out the next day to check our system. He gave us honest feedback on all of our options and didn't try to sell us parts or services that we didn't need. He was very personable and professional. Scott is the man! I didn’t get the two gents names who installed our downstairs unit but they came the next day after our old unit was inspected. They installed the new unit in a few hours. Scott looked for every way possible (to my knowledge) to see what was wrong with our old unit and to save my family money while I was with him and explained in detail the courses of action that could be taken very thoroughly. We own many commercial properties and I called to have our commercial AC units serviced and I spoke with "Manda" or "Amanda". When asking her about the service they provide and what it entails along with info on their technicians- she hung up on me. As a major commercial property company-we have questions that we ask to ensure that we are choosing the right company and to make sure that it will be a good fit for both parties. That being said "Manda" hung up when asking how many technicians they had. As a corporation- we will not choose a company that only has 2 technicians

I am on the Board of the Chattanooga Humane Educational Society. We used this company to do our HVAC work. We paid them $33,765.00 over a 26 month period. We needed an AC fixed on an emergency basis lately. We had an outstanding bill of $651.00. They refused to do the work. HES no longer uses them and I suggest you not use them either.

Doug, Kelly and Jimmy did an awesome job installing our new Trane Package unit. They all were very nice, very professional and easy to work with. My wife and I really appreciate their hard work.
