The two gentleman were very professional and explained the entire process in detail and answered any questions we had. They were very clean and tidy while doing their job. Very polite towards our pets when they were curious on the two strangers in their home. They were very polite when making suggestions about doing more than what we anticipated. While doing so, they explained the reasoning why and then left the decision completely up to us, all while not being pushy. Will definitely have them come back on a yearly basis. They now have a costumer for life.

Without the help of Complete Detail Cleaning and restoration my family would be with out a home to celebrate Christmas. They were able to come out and get our insurance company a properly written quote sent out all in the same day. Then helped us get everything sorted with insurance company and were out starting the job just a few days after that! Job was completed quickly with any unforeseen problems being resolved without issue. The biggest difference between the other companys we had come out and Complete Detail was I felt like Complete Detail was there to help us get through this nightmare

What a great locally-owned small business! I used their carpet cleaning service. It was easy to schedule a time for the cleaning and the price was so reasonable. The two cleaners that worked in my house were very personable and knowledgeable about their craft. I felt comfortable being in the house with them. It took a little less than an hour for the living room and two bedrooms. They were able to get all the stains from the carpet. I had them add a scotch guard and it really made the carpet look that much better. They also do upholstery, which I will be scheduling soon.

From initial contact with Kim and Holden to the technicians that came out to complete the work, everyone was friendly, polite, professional and patient in answering tons of questions. We just purchased a house built in 1969 and pretty sure the bedroom carpets are original to the year the house was built! Everything was in desperate need of cleaning. We are replacing the flooring in half the home now and have to save up to replace the other half so we need those carpets to see us threw a while longer.
