Tonya, Sean and TG were all very professional as they helped remediate an old water damage issue at my mother's home. They were fast to schedule and always kept me informed of progress. Best of all - the work done was excellent and easily passed inspection via a 3rd party company. I would not hesitate to work with them again.

Tonya with Maximum Restoration responded out to start assessing our water damage the same day and immediately helped settle our nerves by explaining the process, what to do next, and what to expect. TG and crew were setting up fans and dehumidifiers the next day, and got to work immediately clearing out damaged carpet, furniture, and drywall. We had a lot of damage but these guys took it all on like pros. They communicated reliably, responsive to questions, adapted to our needs, and got a big job done very quickly. Highly recommend.

Tonya is great! She listens and can break down the process so you can understand what needs to happen. Maximum Restoration really came together to get my home back together allowing my family to get back to normal. They looked out for me and went above and beyond. Sean was there for me when things seemed not to be going as planned. Maximum Restoration provided water mitigation and cleanup services for an event where out sump pumps failed and our basement flooded (never a great situation, but this happened on a Sunday morning).
The team was extremely responsive and helpful in arranging the work, getting to our home, and taking the steps to clean up the water (including water extraction, carpet & padding removal, drying and monitoring of the areas (fans, dehumidifiers, etc.).

Maximum Restoration fixed a previous company's bad siding job. They came in and took down all the siding and reattached it correctly. To help save money they re-used all the siding they could and replaced the pieces that had to be replaced. Unlike the previous company, they were on time, courteous and did their job very quickly, only taking 2 days from start to finish whereas the other guys took 4 weeks! They were incredibly helpful and communicative. I would absolutely recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again.

OUTSTANDING!!! Heard of other restoration companies but did know what to expect from Maximum Restoration. They were punctual, conducted a survey of the fire damage, explained the procedure and total time for restoration services. Project manager said we would have a brand new home when they were finished and HE DELIVERED!!!!!!!! Thee team finished ahead of schedule. If a competition were held tomorrow with their competitors, I would have Maximum Restoration on my team, HANDS DOWN. Before and after pictures had friends requesting service.
