What sets this company apart is that they do more than treat and remove or encapsulate your mold problems. They figure out the cause or source of the problem and fix that, too. They investigated all our locations of potential mold, treated everything and then encapsulated what they could, repainting the walls in their original colors with anti-microbial paint. Then they removed and cleared out of the house whatever could not be saved. Oh, and they also emptied the shelves/bookcases/wine racks for us. But they also checked the roof, fixed gutters and downspouts, improved some landscaping around
