Matt came to my rescue! I called him with an unexpected issue that was holding up a closing and he showed up the next day to remedy the situation. We closed on time! The work was done on the buyers home they were selling and they weren’t even my clients! They made sure to tell me how much they appreciated me sending Matt to them and they couldn’t speak higher of him and his work and his prices! I highly recommend!!! I will definitely keep him on my vendor list for my future closings.

The best way to to describe my experience with Pure Air is Above & Beyond.
Matt and his partner provided excellent customer service. The initial inspection was thorough, but not labored. And they made sure I understand everything that needed to be done, without talking down to me. Not only did they do a fast and amazing job with the mold removal, they noted and ultimately addressed various causes of water intrusion into the basement. Additionally, they came back after we painted to add a preventative agent in order to reduce the risk of the mold coming back. All that and they were 1/3 the cost

We had Matt and Pure Air come out to our house and he told us that our mold problem was so minor that we could take care of it ourselves. Refreshing. We expected to pay a few hundred bucks +, and wound up paying zero. Highly recommend Matt for his integrity. Already scheduled him to come back and clean our ducts after spring.

Matt and his team were prompt and professional from the first call. During the estimate they beat the competitors price and made sure they covered all the bases that any other company would of! They completed the job and were in and out of the house quickly and cleaned up to the point you couldn’t tell they were there. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!

My wife and I bought a home that need cleaning and Pure Air did a great job with the demo and mold removal in both our basement and the main floor of our ranch style home. Pure Air was all we could have asked for and more. They came in during an incredible moment of need for a family and were both professional and empathetic, working with urgency and dedication to getting this family back in a safe and clean home. My mother was having mold issues in the basement and was having the hardest time to get a company to come fix the issue, through recommendation , Pure air came scheduled quickly were timely and professional.
