It's always nerve wracking calling in appliance repair. I hope I don't have to do it too often but after today it will be a lot easier. I called Pelletiers appliance repair to diagnose my gas oven, which decided it wasn't going to turn on. Quick call back and appointment scheduled! They showed up during my 2 hour appt window and quickly diagnosed and repaired my oven. Fair price and great service!

I don’t usually write reviews but Danny from Pelletier's Appliance Repair was an awesome find. Danny arrived promptly, found the problem, showed it to me, explained what the issue was and had it fixed quickly. He cleaned up after he was done and his price was very reasonable. I highly recommend him and would definitely call him again!!

Very professional . Had stove repaired recently. Had used services before for washer repair with a switch issue, and he also worked on my dryer, also detaching the hose and cleaning the vents/hose to the outside, something I would not have been able to do myself. I will continue to use him as he is reliable and knowledgeable and fair. He has saved me money! Very pleased with his work.

Called after another appliance company decided not to show! I called and asked when could they come out and he said today at 3:00. He called because he was running late which happens. I have my own business and this happens to me! We can’t control traffic! I was so happy he called to let me know and keep me informed. He showed up fixed my washing machine and then noticed the front of my stove that also broke this morning and went ahead and fixed that!!!! I am more than please and will use him again and refer him to others! God bless this guy! Customer service was amazing! ☺️

We had a problem with our Thermador professional range and contacted Danny. He spent a good deal of time analyzing the situation and worked up an approach to assess the source of the problem and work on replacing necessary parts. He is a great professional and researched all information needed to repair the temperature problem. He was patient and explained the options at hand and fortunately the first plan was successful. We are so appreciative of his work and follow up on how the oven was performing after replacing necessary parts. We cannot thank him enough for saving this expensive appliance

Danny, went above and beyond to help us with our fridge he ordered a part immediately called when it came and fixed it. Then things still weren’t working properly and he could have easily left, he stayed despite not having much time to ensure he did everything he could. When he left we had a working fridge. Extremely fast, made it to us same day we called to come check out the problem, Best of all their prices are very reasonable. I would recommend to anyone out there.
