I called to get my washing machine fixed.. They took my information and would be able to do the job Tuesday morning.. I called Friday afternoon… Very friendly and also recommended a Speed Queen Washer. I did not use their service because we went new.. However I do appreciate their help in what type of washer we should get… Even if it was not from them.. Very helpful

Stop searching and contact Rinfrets for your appliance needs. I have a fairly new fridge, ice maker stopped working. The technician Jay quickly diagnosed the problem as a wiring issue, unfortunately would need a new freezer door - major expense. Matt at the office contacted the manufacturer, despite being out of warranty was able to get the parts and labor covered. Down to earth, professional, and very customer oriented.

Rinfret's Appliance went above and beyond to help us fix our refrigerator when it broke on a Friday afternoon they were there first thing Monday morning to help. The owner Matt called us to let us know they were there to help. Every other company could not help us for at least a week or longer. Not only did they fix it but they helped our family come up with a plan in case it breaks again and offered us step by step guidance. Extremely professional and top notch. We are so thankful!!

I am impressed with these honest, smart and ontime people. It is sad that appliances (even the best ones) need service 2-4 years after purchase. On the positive, Rinfret has smart techs who can service all the brands, even the brands that are less well known. I am happy to have found these people, especially after disasters we've had with other "Factory Authorized Service Providers"

This company fixed a problem on my GE Monogram oven in 2018 and I was happy with their service. More recently they attended another problem with the same oven but despite spending hundreds of dollars they were unable to fix the problem. I was working with one of the owners to try and get the repair done when the other owner abruptly stopped the work. They did refund all the money I had paid but I was left with a faulty oven. I contacted GE directly and they sent an engineer who fixed the problem on the second visit and it was a lot cheaper than Rinfrets charged.

They have serviced my washer and dryer a few times without any problems. The last time they came was awful. They had to order 3 parts, one of which was a special order. We had a lot of back and forth with them about checking on the status of the special order We were told they could not check on it because their supplier did not have the part and it was coming right from the manufacturer who also did not have any in stock so they had to make it first. I finally involved Whirlpool who was able to help us get things done within five days of the call. We were a few days short of a month without our
