Needed a very quick and small remodel on a condo unit in San Jose. With all the supply chain and availability issues, Sincere was the one place that had the cabinets I wanted in stock. Thinh from the Santa Clara office was great and very detailed oriented. He also provided great insight and had great solutions for the small pieces that were not in stock.
Material pick up is from the Oakland location but there is delivery options to on-site. Overall, happy to have used Sincere again. They are reliable and affordable.

I would like to make a strong recommendation for Sincere Home Decor and my designer Mashal Chan. I am doing a major remodel involving a kitchen and 3 baths. I have been through this before for different properties and sometimes the experience can be tedious and frustrating.
Not with Mashal. He is the best designer I have worked with. He is fast, knowledgeable, patient, helpful and friendly. He takes the time to discuss products, and makes good suggestions.
So far I have only designed and ordered cabinets and vanities. If all goes smoothly I will add another review after completion.

It was such an amazing experience working with Mashal, we had to change our designs a few times but he was always able to accommodate and give professional advices.
we went with revolution walnut carbines, the cabinets are well made and all my friends cannot believe it's not customize-made.

We had a wonderful experience working with Bao. He was very patient with my wife and I as we decided on our style for our kitchen. He was able to provide unique, creative solutions for our specific kitchen. And his customer service didn't stop when we finished our order. We ran into multiple issues with our installer during the installation, and Bao was able to provide support throughout the process. We're very happy with our kitchen and with Bao and with Sincere! We have the coolest built-in dining room cabinets and new kitchen cabinets because of Bao! He's basically a genius when it comes to design, measurements and all your cabinet choices. This review is long overdue for Sincere Cabinet and Thinh. We chose Sincere Cabinets after looking at many stores in the bay area. For us, it was the best decision to make because sincere had the best customer service best quality cabinets, and best designer in Thinh who helped us design a really good kitchen.
We chose the Liberty series Leeton model cabinets. The cabinets were of great quality we received our shipment without any problems and have been using the cabinet for about a month now and been really good no complaints. The quality of wood the hinges all were exceptional.

Big thanks to Bao Duong who helped us choose and deliver our kitchen cabinets and handles. He worked closely with us in the afternoon to go over all of our options, and having a 3D preview of the cabinet layout that we could tweak in real time was amazing!
We made our order in July and even during Covid-19 managed to have custom cabinets manufactured and delivered in just over a month. We were remodeling due to water damage in our kitchen (so our kitchen was completely unusable during the remodel) and Bao went out of his way to make sure our cabinets were delivered ASAP.

This is my second time I ordered kitchen cabinet - Freedom (Homecrest) from Bao Duong. He is very nice, knowledgeable, helpful and patient to answer all of our questions, and gave us multiple options and designs of cabinet with a lot of details, so we can choose the most spacious cabinet that fits our house with reasonable price that we can afford.

Working with Bao for our kitchen remodel was flawless! DH and I are detail oriented and picky, and Bao patiently guided us thru several iterations to make our dream kitchen a reality.
He is a whiz with the software, pointing out several gotchas and gave us helpful feedback to refine our choices. I especially appreciate his generosity in sending us his renderings so we could mull various options carefully. Bao is very efficient and was great at expediting our order--we will be going back to Sincere for an upcoming bath remodel.

For a complete kitchen remodel we planned, our neighbors suggested we check out Sincere Home Decor. We visited several kitchen vendors, but with the help of Bao, we got the final design going and ordered in just 7 days!
We started with broad plans, and Boa worked through all of these with us, suggesting great modifications or options the entire time. And after we provided him with all the appliance install instructions, Boa revised and reviewed to ensure everything would fit and look exactly how we wanted it to.

Had a great experience working with Bao for my kitchen/bathroom cabinet upgrade (to Omega). He is very responsive and works quickly. He never pushed us for making the order. When I told him that we were not 100% sure about the spec of the kitchen in March he asked us to wait until our contractor started working on the kitchen and confirmed all the spec (although there was no change to the design). We finally ordered the cabinets in May after comparing to many other brands and stores. They offered good price and service.
