Your initial appointment time will take about one hour and adjusted based on your Design Associate to provide you the best possible service. Please indicate a day of the week and a time that works for you. Appointments are best during the work week, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.
Bay Stone has so many different tiles to choose from for the same prices, if not better, than other stores. Our awesome experience was even better by Ken who assisted us. He is honest and will give you his opinion on what would look nice and even help you pick out pieces that look beautiful together.
Quartz stone is engineered from the hardest minerals on earth. Quartz is arguably the most durable option for a kitchen counter-top, island or bathroom vanity. They come in a wide variety of colors, like earthy browns, blacks and creams, some with sparkles and veining for the look of granite or marble.
Natural stone includes several types of stones like granite, quartzite, limestone, soapstone, onyx and marble. When you add a natural stone to showcase your kitchen island or to complement a bathroom vanities, they will increase the value of your home. Because natural stone is unique to its location in the world and are one-of-a-kind, finding the right color, the right pattern and the right texture is a personal choice.
Granite is mainly igneous rock and formed by the crystallization of molten magma and undergoes huge amounts of heat and pressure over time. Literally the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I've been there twice and both times no one ever went up to me to ask if I needed help. They don't have their merchandise named nor priced, so your basically looking at things blindly. I went in there again today and the guy at the front desk that's right in front of the door looked straight at us when we walked through the door and looked away without a word. This is my second remodeling project and Bay Stone has been my "go to" place for tiles and counter top. They have a great selection of tiles and counter tops. The team, especially Ken, know their products well and they help you match different aspects to bring together a master piece.
With our current project, we ran into an issue wherein a former employee placed an order for the wrong tiles. Customer service is terrible. All Cici wants is a credit card without giving me a quote and when she did it was only on material., while I asked for labor as well. Then she told me she wasn’t involved in the labor part and told me to email Ken. Well Ken was the sales person who I made initial contact with last year and he told me when ready for the project to email him. I have done so over 6 times in the past three months and he never responds. I gave two stars instead of one only in hopes there are professional employees there.

Ken was easy to work with and made the ordering process easy. Francisco Morales and his team did out fabrication and installation and they blew us away! We have ALOT of counter space and we thought we would have a lot of seams and our tops are basically seamless! Our waterfall island is gorgeous! Francisco's customer service was great as well! He was always on time and giving us updates.

We went into Bay Stone and instantly fell in love with a specific slab. It was early in our search and we wanted to be sure. We had to have gone to at least 30 places looking at slabs and nobody had the service or the style we were looking for. We kept going back to Bay Stone and had the pleasure of working with Ken. I went to Bay Stone because I ordered tiles from another vendor and I was told they would be here this week. Found out they are not going to be here and may not come in for a couple of months. We went to Bay Stone and Adriana Jimenez not only found my tiles I needed, in the quantity I needed it in, but can get it to me in 5 days!! She also helped me with my color palate and made some amazing grout choices that were much better than what I had originally picked. Why would management not be running the air conditioner on a 90 degree day in San Jose, California. For the customers, you can get Ann and get out pretty quick. But for the employees, it's downright miserable borderline torture.
They have a great selection of stone, tiles, and everything in between.
All of the staff and customers were carefully adhering to the covid-19 safety practices.
But the temperature of the store made shopping very difficult. And I felt sorry for the employees who were doing a fantastic job.

We have under gone 3 bathroom renovations and a fireplace renovation in the past 5 years and I can tell every time we did we got our tiles etc from bay stone. Fantastic prices and great selection.
We are now under going a kitchen renovation and got the counter top slab and tiles from bay stone.
We have always worked with Angel and I highly recommend working with him if you can. He went out of his way to find the tile I was looking for which was a grey frosted glass tile for the backsplash. He makes his customers feel like they are important and gives us excellent attention. Thank you Angel

The customer service at Bay stone is completely horrendous. Please do not purchase any items from this store unless you want to regret your decision later. The sales person put the wrong unit in our order, rendering fewer items to be purchased. We asked for 35 sqf, but they only ordered 35 pieces. Then they claimed that it's our responsibility to check the unit of the order before we paid, and they were OK to make mistakes like that. I was recommended by my contractor to shop at this place for tiles so I did. Selections are good with high price tags of course. Anyways, I trust my contractor therefore went ahead ordered the floor tiles that was marked “in stock”, and had the sales Leslie helped me to check to make sure it’s in stock before I order. They said yes it’s in stock for sure so I went back with my contractor and truck to pick it up a few days later.
