Peter does a great job cleaning responding to all my calls in respectful and timely fashion. Stephanos might be the best carpet cleaner east of the Mississippi. I have never seen someone work as hard as he does. I think he only works that hard due to his poor dieting. If you are ever looking for a quality carpet cleaning service hit up Royal. Nobody can clean carpet better than these guys.

We have used Royal Carpet Cleaners twice -- they have done an awesome job both times. Our previous elderly dog passed away and we were getting new puppies. I wanted to get the previous dog smells out of the carpets before the puppies arrived, so I called and they fit me in the next business day! They are always professional and thorough. Will definitely use them on a regular basis to keep our carpets fresh and like-new.

Top notch company! I am so glad I found them! Lightning fast quote and service, highly professional, genuine, family-owned company that embraces excellent business values ad customer service… that isn’t always easy to come by these days. On top of that they made my sofa and carpet look almost brand new, and with 6 pets that Is pretty close to a miracle. Hands down recommend them and absolutely will use them again in the future.

George (father) responds quickly and cheerfully, asks all the right questions and quotes a very fair price; Peter (son) came out at the time we set, and voila!, one hour later I have like new carpets in living and dining rooms. Fast, reliable, professional & very courteous!!! You won't find a better cleaner out there!!! First time using them too as we are selling our house. George first came out & gave me a VERY reasonable quote & even gave me a discount on top of that! This isn't our first time doing professional carpet cleaning as we are military & move around a lot so believe me when I tell you he was very reasonable. On our scheduled day, it snowed & George called early asking if we could reschedule. Some companies don't even call you about those issues since it should be common

They are the best carpet cleaners and I'm glad I found them and contacted them right away! They were very easy to reach, easy to to talk to, and came right on time. They had my carpet cleaned in less than an hour. I slept so well that night knowing that my carpet is cleaner than ever before. They are extremely professional and the price can't be beat. I am going to Echo the sentiments of many of the other reviewers. Royal carpet cleaning does an excellent job. I highly recommend them. The carpet in our house is 14 years old and has survived three children from toddlerhood to teenagehood We are getting ready to sell our house, so we decided to get the carpets cleaned to make them look as nice as possible for showing. I would never have thought the carpets could get as clean as he got them, I was totally surprised! Friendly, quick, and excellent service.

George and his son showed up on time and were wonderful. From the initial estimate my wife and I felt confident that Royal Carpet Cleaners was an honest, family owned business and we could not have been more pleased with his hard work. He was able to work on some carpet stains that he informed us previously would be difficult to remove and we were pleasantly surprised with the excellent results. As others have stated George did not try to add other fees and services that were not necessary once he started, a common practice with other carpet cleaning services.
