Professional technicians Chris and Terelle cleaned both my carpet and furniture. I highly recommend this company. I was very impressed with their COVID consideration. Both wore masks and spoke to me from a comfortable distance. I booked my service with Crystal who was very nice and helpful. Everything looks great!

I have been using Chem Dry for awhile after being disappointed with others like Stanley Streamer. I tried 3 other companies all of which leaves a lot water in your carpets and takes more than a day to dry. Within 3-4 hours your carpets are dry! They came in on time, professional and access your needs and got to work. Today I had the pleasure of having Chris and Terelle, (the Dream Team )and all I can say is ‘wow’ they cleaned and sanitized my carpets. The wow really hit me when they shampooed my sofa which is very light in color. The difference just watching them clean it was truly amazing

Good news, fellow consumers! Quality customer service is not dead yet!!
Had a pet emergency as my aging dog ate something that did not agree with him. Then he excreted lots of stuff that did not agree with my carpet. A quick Google search found Chem Dry nearby, a quick phone call led me to Crystal, who was professional, personable and very helpful.
She got the dynamic duo of Chris and Terrell to the rescue sooner than expected and those guys went above and beyond. I am sitting here enjoying a clean, pretty and fresh smelling carpet that only a few hours ago seemed like a crime scene.

Received upholstery cleaning with enzyme treatment which was supposed to eliminate urine odor. The smell came back after a few weeks and when I called to let them know, I was told that they only guarantee service for 2 weeks, which is something that they failed to mention beforehand. I was under the impression that the enzyme treatment was a definite solution and not just a maybe so. If I had known this upfront, I would not have wasted my money with this company. So, if you do not mind feeling robbed and manipulated then by all means this is the perfect company for you. As for me, I will never
