Ordered a custom glass top for my homemade coffee table on Wednesday. When I asked what the turn around time was they let me know that it would be a week. No big deal. I got the call today that my order was ready for pick up. I got there in time right before they closed at 5pm to pick up my order. Everyone that I dealt with was super helpful and courteous. I did the measurements myself and they did and amazing job on my custom order. If you are looking for any custom glass this is the place to come to!

We had the weirdest experience with Laurel Glass and Mirror. We asked for an estimate to replace some windows in our house. They scheduled a visit and the person arrived as expected. He measured the windows and said to expect an estimate via email in a few days. After a week we replied back to the original email message they sent to setup the estimate. No reply. Then a week later we called and were told an estimate would be sent. Still nothing. After another few days we gave up and started from scratch with a different company. We had a French door and a palladium window that had gotten cloudy over time due to a broken seal in the panes. I called laurel glass, a real person answered the phone right away ( shocking now days it seems), she was very knowledgeable and gave me an immediate "ball park" price over the phone and set up an estimate for the next day. Fella came for the estimate as expected he got got us a firm price quickly and 10 days later our great installation men showed up to perfectly install our new windows all for less than 1/2 of the price to replace the window/door. Just received my cut glass. Found their ordering process simple and straightforward, Frank was extremely helpful, quoted price that was very reasonable and much lower than others. The glass tops were promised in two weeks, and they came on time. Delivered by a friendly crew and installed in place. Will use them again for my glass needs!!!

Received excellent service as the nice lady at the counter provided me a custom cut piece of glass at a great price and limited waiting time (got lucky with the waiting time)! Walked in right before she closed up and she helped with no fuss. Would come here for any glass needs.

I had a very simple order and everything went very well. I got a large rectangular mirror delivered to my house on time for a very reasonable price. It is an old family business so expect your interaction to be more folk than corporate. I will definitely use them again.

Recently, I visited LG&M to have a mirrored wall hanging repaired. First, the man (I didn't catch his name) insulted my wall hanging. Second, he wasn't wearing a face mask even though all their customers were. When I asked him about his mask, he tried to act like he didn't hear or understand me and then started repeating me, in a mocking sorta-way. The man was very rude and obnoxious!! Lastly, his behavior towards me was so unacceptable I couldn't help but think he was being racist. I strongly discourage patronage of this business - my service was deplorable!! I&apos

My glass table top broke 2 weeks before Christmas. The base is marble. There it sat in our family room. Kendall Hardware in Clarksville recommended we take the broken piece to Laurel Glass and Mirror, and as we entered we were approached by Mary. She is gracious, accommodating and very efficient. Three days later our 100 lb, or more, glass top was delivered to our home and setup-it looks fabulous. We are so appreciative as expected to have base with no top for the holidays-totally exceeded our expectations.

I had a small project - a 5'x2.5 mirror for residential. They were attentive, quick and very reasonably priced!

I had originally ordered the mirror from Lowe's and it was supposed to take 2 weeks. It was somehow delayed and was going to take and additional 4-6 weeks. The manager at Lowe's recommended Laurel Glass & Mirror. They were less expensive and turned it around within the week!

Unfortunately, I chipped the corner during install. I returned the mirror to LG&M and they cut it down while I waited. I don't want to say what exactly, but the charge was ridiculously

Horribly-run company who does not provide honest, realistic updates on the status of fabrication/delivery. We waited two months for glass we were expecting in one month, and when we requested updates the response was always that shipment was imminent. It turned out they had farmed out the glass fabrication to a company in Ohio, and by the time we found out, installation of glass was holding up occupancy of our building. They then refused to sign a waiver that allowed us to inspect the glass in Ohio where it was being fabricated, even though we made clear there is zero margin for error and there

We had a great experience at LG n M. The customer service was good and the staff were friendly. We had a good experience and will use them in future for other projects.

This place USE TO BE ok. Now they are into bigger jobs I guess and don't care about the neighborhood walk in folks, they charge 3 times as much as the local hardware stores and the lady at the front desk is not friendly in any way. If you go there try to deal with the nice lady that is at the desk to the right. The owner that pops out of the rear office at times is just as miserable as the lady at the front, they don't great you and have faces similar to the shop bulldog that is in there. Personally, I will be taking my buisness elsewhere. Goodbye laurel glass.

While we've had no problems with their product or workmanship, the fact that it takes 3 weeks to get a 12x24 window glass replaced sucks. But they are close to us, so we put up with it. For now.

I used this company to measure and install a frameless shower door. I waited weeks for the product to be installed, only to find when they finally brought it out that they had measured the door opening wrong! So, I had to wait another several weeks to get the correct shower door installed! Worst thing is, they didn't apologize for their error! I will never use this company again-- customer service is a low priority for them.

Need glass or a mirror cut to your specifications? This is the place! The employees were all friendly professional and polite. The four pieces of glass fit perfectly into the doors. The order was ready early and they phoned to let me know. They even helped me carry my order out to my car.

Maybe it's better for big companies but if you are a homeowner or light contractor don't waste your time here. I spent over $2 K here but that isn't enough to get good service.
