After 6 months of researching builders in the Pocono region, we decided to call Timbercrest in June of 2020. From the first time we met with Paul & Annie, we knew we wanted them to build our lake house. They were extremely knowledgeable and diligently listened to our long list of wishes.
Timbercrest began demolition of the existing home on our lot in Fall of 2020. Our lot was narrow and extremely difficult to maneuver equipment around. They built our beautiful home, Paul was very professional and helpful. Annie his designer was very knowledgeable and very pleasant, she helped with the design of all the rooms and she was there when needed. Michele and Greg were also very helpful with any questions I encountered. Received great reviews from family and neighbors. Very proud of my home.

They say three is the charm, in our case it was. After meeting with two other builders they were not seeing our dream.
Then we came across Timbercrest Builders. Paul with expertise and knowledge was able to answer all of our questions. This was the first time for us to build a new home. With Paul by our side we knew we would make the right decisions.
Annie what can we say with her experience and enthusiasm she had us hooked. Picking out tile i nearly had a melt down but Annie got me on track on making the right decisions. :)
During Covid we had a few hiccups but the house was finished on schedule

We had Timbercrest builders do a major renovation on our lake home last year. We couldn’t be more pleased. Our home came out more beautiful than we could ever have dreamed of. We ran into a lot of unforeseen issue with an old home but everything was handled beautifully. They are always responsive to your calls and concerns . Timbercrest Builders was great to work with to build our new house on the lake. We felt comfortable with Paul and Annie from our first meeting and that continued throughout the process with them and the entire team. Building a home far from where you live can be stressful and incredibly overwhelming, but Paul and Annie were on top of questions we had and gave detailed progress notes along the way. We cannot say enough good things about Timbercrest Builders in PA. We had them build a lakefront home for us a little over two years ago. Paul Szostak - President of Timbercrest Builders - was honest, responsive, diligent, and a delight to work with, as was his Design Assistant Annie. All their subcontractors did excellent work, taking pride in their craft. If something was not right or if a design idea was changed, Paul and his crew were gracious to either fix it or revise it. If there was a better way to accomplish a desired "look" or result, Paul would either suggest it or research to find it
