The Coutts Group's base of operations resides in our Model Home & Design Center located in Masthope Mountain Community. Since 2000, we remain the only builder in Masthope with a model home and have undergone several waves of stylistic updates to keep up with the times! In 17 years we have built over 150 homes in Masthope and as we grew, the community flourished.
Our experience with Kevin and Maria Coutts was excellent. We did a lot of research at the time looking for a reputable builder to work with that we could trust. Kevin and Maria turned out to be those builders. They were very honest, reliable, and patient with us every step of the way in the build of our new home.

Quote I received was rediculously high. A basic 1200 square foot ranch for $174k on my lot that I already own. And this quote does not even include the well and septic! In the middle of the Poconos? Really???? These builders forgot where they are. I wanted to get out of Jersey to escape the high cost of real estate but at this price I may as well stay in Jersey. Good luck!

We were extremely pleased with the home the Coutts Group built for us in Masthope, Lackawaxen Pa. It was priced right, on time and on budget. They use modern building techniques in their process that provide for green, energy efficient home building. The Coutts Group has been in business for a long time and they have a lot of experience building homes. I would use them again and would recommend them if you are in the market to have a home built.
