We were excited to move into our home when it was first built. When we moved in, there were issues with our flooring, HVAC, and other things improperly installed (e.g., fixtures not level). We were told by Southdown just don't look at the uneven light fixtures. Months of finger pointing for the HVAC issues to finally properly install fans and 7 years later, our loud HVAC system was finally fixed. HOWEVER, Southdown refuses to fix our floors we were promised would be fixed. They came out and put shims in and drilled a couple of screws. It's a bigger issue - our FLOOR CRACKS CONSTANTLY AND IS SO

Everyone at Southdown Homes was so helpful & informative during our build.They were always available to answer my questions. Ryan from the design center was amazing to work with- he made great suggestions I wouldn’t have chosen on my own, but ended up truly loving when the home was finished. This builder is not just “any” builder, they genuinely want to see you move in to a home that fits your needs and lifestyle. The few minor cosmetic defects we noticed after move-in were fixed promptly without question. The contractors southdown works with are courteous and very knowledgable. I feel grateful

In April 2021 I moved into a brand new home constructed by Southdown. I am first occupant. From the first day of move in the home has had serious issues. We have experienced repeated pipe and system leaks, water penetration from the exterior to the interior of the home, and horrifying and serious sewage back up issues. My repeated requests to Southdown to address these issues have been largely dismissed. I have written evidence of the COO admitting he has "blocked" my ability to contact him with my requests to address these serious life safety issues. Southdown has shown little regard or care for

Working with Southdown Homes was a great experience. Bob, Heather, Julie and the entire team were wonderful, professional, responsive and helpful in addition to a genuine commitment to their craft. Building a home can be overwhelming and stressful. With the Southdown Homes team I always felt they were looking to make me happy and satisfied with the quality and their process. We moved into our south down home almost 2 years ago! It has been the best experience! We felt so included and heard as we made requests in the build process. They accommodated us on custom changes in the plans and were so great to work with! We absolutely love our community and our home! Due to the pandemic we had a delay in our year check list but that was totally understood and they still took care if everything and even more that what they had to! When people come to our home we get so many compliments and we couldn’t be happier with our South Down Home! We have built 3 homes in our lives

As a first time homebuyer, buying a new build was an overwhelming process but all of the employees at Southdown homes went above and beyond to help us throughout the entire process. From the beginning, the sales manager Kristen made us extremely comfortable and was very knowledgeable. She followed us through the whole process coordinating and keep us apprised of progress updates. At the design center, Ryan presented us with a great deal of options and choices. We never felt like he was a sales person pressuring us to upgrade. We enjoyed working with him and appreciated his perspective and insight
