Purchased our home in March 2020. There is work still to be done outside that is noted in the sales agreement. Work was to be done by May 2020. Here we are still not touched. They keep pushing it off or don’t even respond anymore. This is major work and it’s looking like I’ll need to hire a lawyer to get it done. Warning do not buy from this builder!

I owned my house for almost two years now and I am still waiting to get my deck steps installed as promised. Just a heads up for future buyers you may want to keep your money in escrow until your 100% sure they fixed what they promise. There are a few of us who are still waiting for repairs just not myself

They sell the idea they build custom homes but so untrue, no matter how many wish pics you show them You end up with their floor plan their design their windows their cabinet guy etc... and during the process I accepted that but to finally see the end result I’m not happy with various things they left behind with no intentions of making it right. A lot of money went into building my house and I’m disappointed that if they ever read this review they wouldn’t care to reach out to me as they have proved that they don’t care by their non-responsive behavior to the repairs they need to address

Moved in December 2016 and waited forever for initial punch list items that should have been done when we moved in. A bunch just never got done so here we are one year later still waiting for those as well as our 1 year warranty repairs (as are many neighbors are) after countless attempts... due December 29, 2017.
In good faith I will hold off on posting pictures of “workmanship” problems.... and I won’t even mention the basement flood yet either. :(

I purchased a Brand new Grande home, when I first walked in the front door walked through the home i knew it was perfect for my family, purchased it and moved in, days into the move we noticed a screw through the bottom of the tub, that got fixed right away, three days later my daughter got in the shower, water poured through the light fixture in the kitchen, from the shower, they came fixed the pipe that was cut into by the workers, they came and tore out the ceiling and replaced it, over the first 6 months doors wouldn't catch the ceiling they replaced look horrible, the molding in the kitchen
