The only company that suggested repairs rather than replacement. On schedule, courteous, efficient, reasonable, went to extra effort Got the part needed and installed the same day. Had heat that afternoon. Prestigious Heating and AC is at the top of my list.

Very happy with Prestigious Heating & AC!
Jason originally came out for duct cleaning and realized our system was falling apart. He took time to review the issues with me and do what he could that day.
The installation was a quick and easy process, even with a baby sleeping in the house. Jason/Brendan were very professional and ensured we had proper ductwork put in that improved our air flow immensely. I also appreciate the care they took in clean up after installing the new ductwork. Overall a great experience!

Jason and his crew installed a new AC unit and new coil at our house last week. They were prompt, did a great job and also inspected and patched our ducting in the attic as part of the installation. They made sure to leave the property completely clean after leaving also. Did not try to upsell anything. All of that for a very competitive price. They are a great value! I recommend them very highly

I was not pleased with the result of a regular maintenance checkup by another HVAC company. I was referred to Prestigious by a friend who has had considerable experience with them. The person who took my call, Jason, answered my questions and gave me much more information concerning my system. I was very impressed with this first contact with Prestigious and as a result I cancelled my service agreement with my previous company and signed up with them.

Jason and his trainee were hands down the most professional service providers I have ever worked with. They were genuinely concerned about diagnosing all problems and that the repairs and services were done to perfection. They did not try to gouge me or use scare tactics that something might break if I didn't pay for it now... All in all this is one of the best experiences I have ever had with a professional services company, especially when it comes to HVAC. Would recommend over and again.

Jason and Jose were super helpful and detailed. Not only fixed the problem, but walked me through the issue and ways I could improve the efficiency of my system.
Also really appreciated the ability to book appointment online and get updates via text. Super convenient to be able to pay with credit card once job was done.

We received an estimate to add some attic ducting to our house; it was easy to schedule the estimate and the work. We received many reminders and notifications and Jason and his crew were right on time and worked quickly. They cleaned up very thoroughly. We are very happy with the service we received from Prestigious and will use them again.

Jason and Chris are awesome. They came on time and promptly explained what would be done. Their prices are awesome. The speed they completed everything was great because they finished before I even came back from a doctor visit! My girlfriend who stayed home said she really enjoyed the whole experience. My three decade old r22 air conditioning gave out so decided to replace the entire heater and AC system. I ordered the new 3T HVAC and asked four companies for quotes with Prestigious right in the middle. I chose them because of the 5* reviews and Jason was able to give me a same day, detailed written quote from just email pics and me answering a few questions over the phone (saved us both time). Jason and his crew arrived a little early, did an excellent job (including answering all my questions), they finished a little early, left the work areas clean and charged the fair price we agreed upon

Jason, Jose, and Able did a wonderful job! I'm so happy with the quality of service and care of the folks at Prestigious. Booking time and getting a quote online was incredibly easy and the pricing was transparent. No surprises- which is always a plus. When Jason and team arrived today they were kind, professional, and diligent in their work. They followed all the COVID protocols and made me feel very safe as they were working in my home. They took extra care when cleaning our ducts and were incredibly thoughtful about leaving things better than they found them. I will certainly call on them

We had the best experience with Prestigious Heating & Air. We are in the middle of a major addition on our home that took a lot longer than expected. Our stay ran out at our rental and we needed to move back asap. Jason and his team came in and made sure we had everything installed before we moved back. They were very professional, easy to work with and cleaned up everything before they left. The work is excellent and we are happy with the quality. We would definitely recommend them!

We had an error message on our Nest so used Yelp to ask for bids. Prestigious responded right away and had a slot for next day. Jason the technician showed up right on time, accommodated a tight schedule, was quiet for a sleeping baby and diagnosed and fixed a much more complicated challenge in about 40 minutes. These guys are great! Will definitely use them again.

Best Buy refused to install a gas dryer because there was no gas stop valve in my laundry room. I had Prestigious Heating & Air Conditioning installed a gas stop valve for me. Best Buy came back but said that's not the stop valve size they were expecting and refused to install the dryer again. (but I googled it and the gas stop valve installed is the standard size...). I contacted Prestigious. Instead of having me going back-and-forth between them and Best Buy, they said "we will come over and install the gas dryer for you

One of my two air conditioning units stopped working. I checked the capacitor and it was fine, so I knew it must be the compressor. I contacted one of the larger HVAC companies (I won't name them) and their first available appointment was in 5 days...so I waited. Then it took 4 days to get the estimate (after paying a $150 service call fee)...then it took 1 week for the new compressor to come in, then that compressor was supposedly faulty, so it would be another week and a half, etc., etc
