Don't waste your time and money working with this company. Our building is unfortunately contracted with them so we are stuck with them, but there are definitely better companies out there that can provide you with better service. It is extremely difficult to get them to come out for service as they only have one person who schedules appointments and is rarely available, and the technicians who do come out are rude and unhelpful. We had someone recently come out who literally drove past the building three times, made a call in front of the building, and then just left without resolving any

Very disappointed in this company. After so many attempts to work with this place, we finally have a new air conditioning unit in our suite and it doesn't even work. The tech has been out 4 times and says it is fine, but alas...no air flow. Maybe they have inexperienced techs, I don't know. But I can hold my hand up to the vents and I feel nothing. Still.

The owner and business is very rude and they do not take care of their customers well. We had a AC system installed in our building by GSDAC and they did a horrible job and have not been helpful after the install. The owner is very rude and does not care about his customers or his reputation. He will not provide quality customer service or warranty their work. Do not trust this company, they will over charge you. We had to find another AC company to help us with our AC service. They have a bunch of bad reviews for a reason.

Overcharge for no work done, simply assessed our A/C unit and is trying to charge us nearly $600 for "3 hours of work" (they were here for AT MOST 45 minutes). We have been in contact with their office refuting the bill and we can't help but believe they are unethical in their practices. We have no intention of ever using this company again.

Their vehicle has DAMAGED MULTIPLE CARS in my neighborhood, including my car! Their large, white van, with license plate 7V04474 has damaged the front bumper and back bumper of my car while parking. I saw this happen once with my own eyes, and no one at the company would return my phone calls! This vehicle has also blocked driveways, taken up multiple spaces and parked in red zones here in the neighborhood. Rude!

I had called on 11/5/13 to get a commercial air conditioning unit fixed the technician came out and said it was a faulty wire we paid 275.00 for the repair . We did not run the air on the 6th when we turned on the air on the 7th it was not working so we called them back today 11/7/13 to re-fix it now there telling me they want another 575.00 to fix the thermostat that they did not even mention was bad 2 days ago . If there not standing behind a repair done 2 days ago why would I pay them more

I don't know why all the bad reviews, but I've had nothing but good luck with them. Granted, we are all human and things don't always go according to plan, but that is to be expected. Those who write expecting perfection all the time will always be dis-satisfied. That being said, I've dealt with these guys for over 8 years now and just about every problem I've had has been fixed. I've always gotten a prepared quote, never above estimate, and they've always sent out the technician I've asked for (James). He's great to work with, and knows these systems

First visit was timely-made appt for work to be done. Came in at 8 as scheduled to meet tech for air balance -it is 1030 and I am still waiting. When I called they said their server had gone down either last week or the week before and all contact info was lost (i heard both time frames) but they did admit they had my work order on Louis's desk - he thought the 11th was later in the week - hmm that would be the very first time the 11th didnt follow the 10th!
So I guess I am underwhelmed by their services.
