We had a heater noise issue with a brand new unit that had been installed in august. We were told by the guy who installed it and our landlords that the high pitched squealing noise was normal and to deal with it. We were at our wits end when it was below 60 in our unit for several weeks when Bob Jenson was recommended to me by current customers of theirs. they did not disappoint. The technician who came out immediately diagnosed the issue, confirmed it was not normal at all and gave us some recommendations on how to fix the issue. I asked for quotes on purchasing and installing an airconditioner that would fit below the window in a living room located in the second story of my house. I got quotes from three companies. Only Cyrus Thomas from Bob Jenson said that they could get this for me and it could be done. The other two companies said there was no air conditioner that would fit below the window. What they each suggested would have caused my living room to look terrible. This was back in 2016 that Bob Jenson installed a Fujitsu mini split air conditioning unit against the wall under my window and I have had them maintain

Good communication. They come 2x a year to change exchange filters and clean and check heating and a/c units. Once in awhile, they do a small maintenance job to address wear and tear on the units. They have kept our systems healthy since we moved here more than six years ago.
