They never sent the information regarding the appointment we scheduled last week to have our pool vaccuumed tomorrow so our pool could be swim ready for Memorial Day. When we were finally able to get in touch with them again today to confirm we were told they forgot about our appointment (they never scheduled it) and would have moved our appointment anyways if they had scheduled it due to rain even though it's not forecasted to rain until Friday. It's too last minute now to find someone else.

They saved our day. We had a emergency with pump not priming . We called ten different pool companies and these guys was willing to come out for service call and was able to fix pump on site . Will definitely be using these guys again. Very hard to find a good pool company in this area

We use D & N Pool Services for our pool inspection for a home we are purchasing . They Inspector that came out was great! We received our formal report in two days and he was very detailed. We will definitely be using you guys for our pool servicing company. Thanks again!!!

We did have to reschedule our service but they ended up coming out on 4th of July to get our cleaning in before our guests came so I appreciate that. Pool was clean and looked great. Both pool techs were very professional and friendly.

Reading reviews online, I was a bit scriptural at first. But our pool really needed attention from a professional. I tried a different company first and had no results, I desired to give them a try. And I have absolutely no regrets. They really work hard for their money! They came even in their day off to make sure that pool is turning and added additional chemicals! Crew is professional and explained step by step. Walked us throughout whole process and did a wonderful job! Thank you! Would definitely recommend them!

I don't even know where to start. I paid $5,550.46 to repair an inground pool and place a new liner 1 YEAR ago. I have gotten nothing but excuses and a run around. I am not a wealthy person and they took the money and ran. They did buy the liner (that is currently destroyed) and they had "their boys" out to install, as the owner said he no longer actually does the work himself. I now have more damage than I did before they touched it. The wife will repeatedly answer your text with excuses and assurance that "we got you". You got us alright. The owner actually did return to the property with us

I called them to come out and give me a price to vacuum my pool and do some service. They gave me a price and said they would be back the next day. They never called or came. The next day they texted to say they would be there in an hour but they doubled the price. When i questioned that she said she would check on it and get back to me. I texted them several times. Still waiting and it has been over 3 weeks. Not reliable.

I found this company on another site Thumbtack when I was looking for a reliable, cost efficient company to maintain the pool in August 2018. I originally paid them &375 to complete a "green to clean" service which was completed, I then signed a weekly service contract and paid $419 (was to pay another $400 at the end of the service agreement) they stated that i had to pay another $75 dollars for additional chemicals (they said it was not included in the service agreement) which i did. they showed up 1 time, dropped one chemical and left. the pool turned green again, I contacted them on a daily

On Aug.30th D&N Pools closed my pool. There put the cover on put was not on evenly. The side by the filter was to short and the other side had a lot hanging over the side. Yesterday the cover fell in the pool and ripped. I called then and there made a lot of excuses. So they wanted $225.00 dollars to take the cover off put on a new cover plus a service call.
One of the excuses was not to the pump on the cover. There put the pump on the cover when they closed the pool. I supplied the ripe for the bubble.
Do not use them, there do not know what there are doing and in the end
you will spend more
