We had an immediate need to have our pool serviced and Scott was responsive and professional. Scott was quick to get us options and answers and kept us in the loop with everything he did even if it was after hours! His prices are very reasonable as well. I would definitely keep using Pool Service MD if we weren’t moving.

I should have called Pool Service MD when we first bought our house. Scott and his guys were very professional and meticulous about the work we had them do. Scott managed the complete renovation of our 1980s pool and we couldn't be happier with the results. He advised on the best plaster and tile and assisted with the color coordination of the coping. The job was done in just a few days and our new pool is just spectacular! We had Scott close our pool and wouldn't dream of having anyone else open and care for it. We cannot say enough good things about Montgomery County Pool Service & Renovations. They are true professionals and fantastic to work with.

Scott closed our pool last fall 2019. He took our pool filters without our authorization and has not returned for a scheduled opening date. He then finally answered his phone and committed to the next day and never showed. Now won't answer calls or email. If you want someone who is not responsive and takes things of yours, definitely engage his services. If you want respect go somewhere else.

Had to do an opening pretty late this year but I was not able to be there physically . Thanks to POOL SERVICE MD I got the job done with no hassle . They are very responsive and get the job done right the first time! One of the best pool service's that I have ever had.

The owner of the company came to our house on an hour’s notice on a Saturday to service our pool. He did an excellent job and the pool has never looked better. Most pool service companies are closed on weekends, which makes it that much more impressive that Scott came out himself when his techs were at other client sites. Great pricing and value too. Strongly recommend!
