A: No, as long as there is an access to the pool area. Please ensure that any pool equipment storage/shed is accessible for our service technicians as well and that the main power supply for the pool equipment is ON. A: Not a problem! The dye test is only effective if you have some idea of where the leak is. If you are unsure of the general area of the leak, the dye test is unreliable. The dye test is cost-efficient. Still, it is simply a precursor to more reliable and in-depth testing methods like the pressure test. A pressure test is something that only skilled people should do since there is inherent danger in pressurizing plumbing lines.
We bought a house with a pool that had been closed for many years. The deck and coping were rough, the tiles were popping out and the plaster was in terrible shape. It became so hard to maintain the pool that we decided to renovate it. We wanted to redo the deck and change the pool color scheme (coping, tiles and finish) and replace the plaster with something more durable.

I ended up switching pool companies because I just had a feeling that the other one wasn't great. After one visit from HydraTech I am sure of it! There is no comparison. They were professional, prepared, on time, responsive and very easy to work with. All of the little things that were said to be my responsibility...turns out it's not. It's been a rough pool season for us but the one shining light is that now I have a wonderful pool company. I look forward to next year.

HYDRATECH was great at helping us understand about pool opening, and provided lots of valuable information that was way above what we paid them. The technicians who came out were 7 star (not sure if this is a rating but the quality of work deserves more than 5 stars) with their maintenance service and they were always on time and complete professionals. We found the company that we will be working with for a long time and I would recommend anyone to try them out. You wont regret it! Keep on keeping on HYDRATECH!!!
