Watercrafters' showroom is where you'll find almost anything you could want or need for your pool. With 15,000 square feet of space, there's not much we don't have: BioGuard and Poolife water care products; computerized water analysis center; equipment, plumbing and parts; and outdoor living products.

Chlorine is more effective and mitigated when your pool water is kept balanced. Preventative algaecides inhibit algae, and water enhancers improve overall water quality as well as eradicate contaminants that would otherwise seize chlorine's sanitizing focus. 2021 has seen a great challenge with the surge for chlorine need in 2020, and the shortage of chlorine related products.
Our service team has over 130 years of combined experience. We require our technicians to be certified by the Association of Pool and Spa Professionals. Our staff spends countless hours during the offseason learning new technologies, so they are aware of industry changes and innovative new products.

After almost 17 years, we finally needed to repair cracks, re-plaster and replace coping/tile. We also had a section of the pool deck that had a serious settlement crack. We had four estimates including Watercrafters, all relatively close in price. Brian the renovations manager at Watercrafters seemed the most knowledgeable and I just felt more comfortable doing business with him, plus having a reputable storefront behind him even more so. After using Watercrafters for their always free water testing/advice, and chemicals supplies for many years, I am very happy we chose them for the renovation

We had a really tough time getting our pool up and running this year. We had skipped opening last year due to financial constraints, so the pool was really dirty. Watercrafters was there every step of the way. It took about 6 weeks, and about 3 different approaches, but our pool is finally the crystal clear oasis I had been longing for. It was admittedly a frustrating process, but we could tell everyone at Watercrafters was really trying to help us and even pulled a few strings that they didn't have to every once in a while. I definitely intend to keep using them for all of our pool maintenance

I've been using their services for 21 years. All the employees seem to be well trained, and very cheerful and very good at remembering my name and pool particulars. I never feel rushed. They always take time to explain things and are very helpful with suggestions. I use them for my pool as well as got the chemicals for our hot tub.

You can not get a better, more friendlier, more knowledgeable staff than at Watercrafters. When you go in there, they always make you feel welcome. 😊The new remodel looks beautiful and is very inviting. The layout was smartly thought out and is easy to locate all your needs. This company is a main reason why we as home owners are comfortable owning a pool; this is a truly family ran operation, that cares about its employees, but certainly too, about its customers. This is evident by the fact that the company offers pool school. Yes, a FREE pool school, to help their customers understand the basics about pool maintenance and operations.

Im giving this company one star because they actually had someone answer the phone. This past summer i recently listed my house for sale and needed my pool liner replaced. So i made an appointment with this company to come out and give an estimate. The guy that they sent out was the field manager named scott. He answered his calls and my questions. I told him that i needed it done soon so i can list the property. I got the estimate back and it was around 11,000. Scott said all he needed was for me to sign the contract and send it back. So i signed it and sent it through email. Didn't hear

Watercraft's is amazing from start to finish! They truly took care of us like we were family. This entire season they were very patient and informative. The opened our swamp and scrubbed it until it looked brand new! Then they helped us maintain our water all summer with the greatest of ease! The members of the Watercraft's family are so polite and respectful! They always go the extra mile. Now the season is over, and here they are again to close my pool, explain some more things to me. My family and I have been using Contemporary Watercrafters for our pool supplies and services since 2009. They are sometimes a little more expensive, but at the end of the day, you generally get what you pay for. The staff are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and actually seem to enjoy what they do. Furthermore, while sometimes expensive, they do offer a points system for purchases that can mean big savings - personally, I've saved several hundred bucks over the past 6 years. Overall, you really couldn't ask for a better partner to help with your pool or hot-tub.
