I have known Mark for many years. We have done businesses, worked projects together along with many other dealings. American solar energy has always been a great company to work with Mark and his team are true professionals in all aspects of the job. I was actually surfing the web looking for a company to put in solar tubes for lighting in my new home and stumbled across American solar energy listed solar provider. I am amazed at the reviews this company is getting. It doesn't reflect the kind of customer service I have been getting from the receptionist. Not sure who she is, but every time I have called she is rude on the phone and she has hung up on me on several occasions.
We are a design and engineering firm. I call this company once a month to see if over time their engineering needs may have changed. I am very courteous and respectful on the phone, but with this company it is definitely not reciprocated.

I contacted a few vendors and went with American Solar for the best panels with the best warranty since it is a big ticket investment. Electricty production seemed ok in the fall but since March my production has taken off bringing my bill close to zero (just taxes and fees). I am ever building up a surplus with fpl which should help bring my low winter bills (~$50) closer to zero. Solar is a great investment and American solar has the best panel. Give them a call.

Had new solar panel system installed along with a new efficient hybrid water heater. Marked helped us get a system to maximize our power generation while staying within JPL's tier 1 limit (10kw). . There were a few hiccups with condensation and draining for the new water heater which took a 2 visits to address. Now everything is installed and up and running smoothly, my system generates about 20kwh on a cloudy day up to 50kwh on a sunny day and this is only November. I expect this to be a great investment for the future,

We installed an American Solar Energy System to heat out pool over 12 years ago. Best decision we ever made. Owner, technicians and office staff are helpful and responsive. Any time we needed service they were prompt, helpful and honored their warranty on all parts and materials in the system. I highly recommend American Solar Energy.
