This is the worst company dishonest and unreliable . After making an appointment and taking the day off of work . I waited patiently for the repairman to arrive but no they never arrived so after calling several times and three hours after my appointment I finally received a call back and a promise to follow up as soon as he returned to his shop and that they would do repair first thing the next day . But no call not even to cancel very bad business .

Our garage was noisy and we weren't sure what was going on with it. We called and he was able to come same day, and now it's all fixed and smooth as butter! Who knew what a difference new rollers would make too! Quieter and makes it easier to open manually if needed, plus it will help our door last longer. Very friendly and easy to do business with and pleased with his work!

Worst service ever. Please do not have Steve T. service your garage door. He is the biggest crook and likes to take advantage of seniors. I called him to service the garage door and came back with an estimate $1,179.47 parts and labor. I presented him with a $400.00 deposit and within 24hrs I called him 10 times, left messages and texts. He called back 2x. Once left me voice and one verbally. I shared with him the prices he was charging me were inflated and informed him I am cancilling his serve. At the mean time, Steve had deposited my check. He assured me he will return the parts,

We needed an emergency repair as our garage door fell apart in the middle of the night. Didn't think we would be able to get someone to come out at 11:00 p.m. We were so worried about having to leave the garage door open throughout the night with our belongings exposed. We called Steve, he was prompt and ready to help us. He arrived in the time frame he provided and went straight to work. Steve had the garage door back up and running in no time. We are so glad to have found him.

Steve's company is a recommended servicer for Lowe's, where I bought my garage door opener. Steve followed up within 24 hours and was able to get my opener installed earlier than originally scheduled! His tech was on the job and very efficient and thorough in explaining the new opener. Steve responded immediately to my request for for some garage door repairs and was at my home within the hour. He is a man of integrity, knows the garage door business and was able to replace the springs, with other minor adjustments, in a timely manner at a fair price (less than half of some competitors pricing). We have had issues with our garage for the past few weeks we finally got tired of it and called Steve. Steve came out with no hesitation and helped us fixing our garage door on a Friday afternoon. We are so thankful that he was able to fix it. On Sunday we went to close the garage door and couldn't close it and called him saying that it wasn't closing, with out any hesitation he came back out only to realize that we just needed to clean the sensor. We were embarrassed to say the least he said no problem and told us to make sure it was clean. Thank you Steve!

I was relieved to see that they are licensed, bonded and insured. I made a few calls before I finally got someone I could communicate (I do not know how to speak Spanish nor ???). He came early and fixed my garage door right away. The BEST part was having the door fixed before hubby noticed (yay!)
Steve worked on the door (had good music) and was thorough. He showed me what was wrong (he had to replace the slinky coiled wire thingy).

Pure garbage. That's why they opened a new yelp account. Steve is a shady person. They missed two appointments to come to my house before they finally showed up. The only reason I called them was because their phone number is on the garage door motor from the previous homeowners.
