Misleading business practices and false advertising are being used by this company. I called and asked if they could come out for an estimate of time and cost for fixing a pump issue. I was told they could do that and then i described the issue. The person then directed me to an electrician that I would be responsible for coordinating with Curtis Septic. The electrician charged me $275 to come out and evaluate the problem. He added that if it was a simple problem he could fix it at no additional charge. I called Curtis Septic back and asked why I was being charged when they said they could have

Professional, ethical, and compassionate is how I would describe the owner of Curtis Septic Service, Andy Curtis. My 1st septic inspection was failed by a local inspector, the 2nd inspection conditionally passed, but the inspector couldn't back up his findings because of a completed perc test completed in my backyard. So the BOH challenged my option to replace the distribution box in my front yard instead of an entire new system. Company is marketing in my area and offering Discounts on their website. Called to get a quote and of course it’s too good to be true, although their website says they service my area specifically they are not accepting jobs in my area right now. Not good business. I would recommend staying away from companies who pick and choose when they will work in certain areas.
