My husband called and left a message, no return call...he called again and left a second message, they finally got back to him. We asked for an estimate for a re-surfacing of a pool deck and the lady set us up for two weeks out at 9:30-10:00..we both took off from work for the morning and at 9:25 called the co just to make sure they were on their way, the woman who answered the phone assured us that the sales woman was on her way. By 10;20 we were still waiting so we called the co yet again and asked if she was the owner and she clarified that she was. We asked her again where was the saleswoman

We had our pool deck resurface by PROtile 15 years ago which worked out very well. It was easy to clean and was still in pretty good shape when we decided to redo our pool, deck and cage this year. We had no second thoughts about installing PROtile again for the pool deck. Their team from selection of the exact pattern to the installation was truly exceptional. It took 4 days to install and involved removing the old coating and applying multiple layers of the pigmented new surface. It was hard to believe but they did this without making a mess. They covered the pool and utilized a dust collector

Pro Tile has totally transformed my pool deck into a work of art. The staff and the technicians were beyond compare. The project was done in a very timely manner and the technicians, Eugene and Lawrence, went above and beyond what I expected. They were courteous, polite, unobtrusive, professional and very artistic. Everything was left very clean. It is amazing what a work of art was created. .I am definitely planning to hire Pro Tile again for another project.
