The first visit was based on a Living Social Voucher, which turned in to a $275 grout cleaning service.
I was dissatisfied with the result and contacted the owner of the franchise who came out and told me the bathroom would be redone - A date was set and then missed by the tech. Then the bathroom was regrouted and I was asked to pay another $100 for the service. I called the owner of the franchise and was yelled at that I had agreed to pay this amount - The grout still looks bad and I will hope that people will take note of this review - Be careful and ask for everything in writing.
