I don't recommend this company at all. I attempted to speak to both owners for them to see the poor quality work and mess left at my house by their company. I gave ample time for them to contact me back prior to publicizing this and taking other actions. Neither responded to me by phone nor text. My then 26 year old Daughter pointed out numerous things when we met with the project manager last year. He should have noticed the many errors and poor workmanship that she noticed! They lied right to our face. She pointed out boots were left off when they put a very poorly pieced together roof on. The

If you decide to use this company for restoration, make sure you have someone come and inspect it afterwards. We are repairing extensive water damage because they failed to seal and waterproof the tile in all 3 of our bathrooms. To add insult to injury, having someone to contact you is nearly impossible. It is strangely convenient that they do substandard work in areas that will not show damage untill the statute for recourse has expired.

Communication was exceptional; constant information; no longer wait time on call-backs (if needed at all); information, questions, and explanations all given (in layman's language) every step of the way!! The actual Project Manager re- hung the final light fixture correctly!! Didn't mind getting his hands dusty!!!

There are several ways they could improve. First, they should tell people when they are not doing the work,, but are subcontracting it out to another company. Secondly, going ahead with repairs not designated for them to do, like roofing when you had the original roofing company hired. Thirdly, returning calls and keeping you updated on progress.… It took several weeks, and several times of calling to get a hold of anyone.. Fourth, on site supervisor Brandon requires professional management lessons on how to be kind to clients and return their calls. Fifth, making sure you document the work

The Hannah Restoration team was awesome. Our situation to us was awful. Pipes in the wall leaked since the house was built and we had no clue. Black mold, ruined tile, insulation full of water, subfloor and supports soaked to the core. But they showed up, got all the right equipment in place, and got to work. So nice, so professional. I mean,… they even brought treats for my dogs whom were always so curious to what was going on. They never missed a beat. Hardwood floors saved, tile replaced, walls repaired, painted. Looks like nothing ever happened. They cared. And they cleaned up everything

Be extremely careful dealing with this company. They were referred by my insurance agent to assist with some water clean up and damages from a water heater leak from the condo above mine. First, they strong armed me into leaving their machines, saying My claim would be denied if I didn't act immediately. Not true, turns out, I had other options. Our discussion included drying up the water, repairing floors and walls. Once they picked up their machines, they were supposed to call back and schedule repairs. Justin, @ Hannah Restoration, addressed and resolved all of my questions and/or concerns promptly, and without question. The flooring company they sent me to was excellent, and assisted me in picking out flooring that was within the budget, never trying to upsell, even when i opted for additional flooring, outside of the claim. While there were a… few hiccups, they were all addressed promptly, and to my satisfaction. I think what i like the most about Hannah Restoration (Justin), was the fact he took 100% ownership for the project, made no excuses if something went wrong, merely moved forward

My condo flooded, ceilings caved in, floors ruined, total disaster. I was devastated. Justin and Brandon were amazing and put my mind at ease from the start. I needed a lot of reassurance and they were extremely professional, thorough and more than anything kind throughout the entire process.
