You have a business to run, and our goal is to run a stream-lined process that helps you get the most out of a deteriorating roofing system or provides you with a new roofing system that is right for your building, climate and budget. We're also mindful of your customers, and we take every measure possible to avoid disturbing your patrons.
Brand new roof - roofer did not know that shingles come in different sizes and have to be matched if you want a smooth new roof. Cedarwood Terrace - 1 year old roof - house sold - failed inspection - new roof had to be torn off and replaced due to horrendous workmanship. Cost to owner $8,778.00. This roof was installed in 1983 and is still going strong.
Most recently we had some flashing blow off our house. The flashing was part of the siding and not the roofing but I called them to fix it because they had previously done the whole roof about a year or so before and we loved the job they did. They were professional, fast, thorough, and they cleaned up when finished and all done at a reasonable rate.

I bought my house right after Mr. Fussy installed a new roof for the previous owner. A few years later, after a full day of relentless pouring rain, I discovered that the stack pipe in my attic was leaking a bit where it meets the roof. The paperwork for Mr. Fussy's work showed a 20-year warranty, so I called and asked them to fix it. Mr. Fussy's owner came over and said it was no problem in fixing. His staff came by later the same day and quickly fixed the leak for free. I appreciate the promptness!

Communication is a bit delayed albeit effective but it's a super busy season and I think it's acceptable. They are really taking the time to work with me on my schedule. Customer service has been above average. They have done a great job waterproofing my roof. They went above and beyond the quote once they actually got into the job. Definitely call Fussy contracting if you need work done.

They have been here to repair my roof a few times and have always been on time and they did some great work. They were very well-priced. They did the work in the time frame they said, and the last time, since my roof shingles are older and the color was harder to get... they bought me extra shingles for future use. That was very thoughtful. Thank you so much!

We used this company a couple of years ago to replace our roof. They did a fine job with that part. We recently are in need of a repair and called to get a quote. When we finally were able to get a hold of someone, they were not helpful and quoted a large amount of money without ever coming out to look. We will not use this company again. I do not understand how a quote can be provided without looking at the job that needs to be done?
